BACK STORY:

Raffia is a kind of fast-growing palm tree found in marshy areas and along rivers. The “Raffia Bamboo” or “African bamboo” is the stalk of the palm, hence a natural material, made of a lightweight marrow inside a smooth and hard shell that protects it.
Raffia bamboo is commonly used for the construction of buildings and household furniture in Africa. The strength compares favourably with those of most natural timber species.
Genuine leather, especially recycled leather, possesses some natural irregular features (not flaws), such as small scars, scratches, spot creases, wrinkle etc. That does not affect the product’s quality, but rather adds to its uniqueness.
